...They are two winged sentinals. One on the left and one on the right. They are investigating a hole in the middle of a field eminating a mysterious light. The light dissipates as it reaches the sky and dissapears completely within the haze and light of quadruplet suns.

Edit: Made the image sharper and cleaned up some lazy mistakes.

Thanks. I think I just noticed some symmetry problems that I'll ahve to fix, but I'm pretty happy with this one all in all. Tried some new things.

Lol you beat my comment -- I was going to say the title had some alignment issue *grin* Much better now. This is a great looking art deco piece. I like the circles coming in from the corners and the green [grass, leaves, feathers, whatever]. I have trouble seeing a bird (other than the seagulls at the top) but I don't think it's important.

Well, there's nothing really hidden in this one, as there are with other pieces in my gallery. The title came to me last night just after I finished it and was suffering from a serious case of sleep deprivation. :D But even after I have my head back, I cant think of a more appropriate name... or a less appropriate one for that matter! Thanks for commenting.

I tried to make this one less shiney and to use softer colors than my other works. It doesnt try so hard to be noticed and I think that's where the calming effect comes from. I certainly felt much more at ease with this one. Thanks for the comment! :D

I agree :) didn't think it was important to see anything other than what came to mind. :)
